I don't believe it was said with any actual intent, but it is clearly not okay to threaten someone with sexual violence/rape, even if intended as a joke (which it wasn't - he was genuinely irritated), whether it be man to man, man to a woman, whatever. Not okay.

If a man said it to a woman it would be deemed a threat of rape similar to those tweets to rape a person. There is a difference however of opportunity. Perez could not rape Callum, he is too strong. So threatening a woman is worse, because opportunity is pretty much guaranteed. This threat by Perez falls closer to intent to provoke violence. I'm not sure of the legal term for that.
