She sang "woo" into the mic.
 She obviously wasn't even pretending she was miming to the backing track. She sings along with it like every pop star does with every song. Did you not wonder why she starts to sing loud notes along to the backing track for the following 30 seconds after the bit you mentioned Mock? You know, rather than the words being sung as backing?

I need a stay up brother with a James brown soul The type of red hot love that got me freezin' cold is not miming. That would be if she was mouthing those words and pretending the backing vocals were her own. |
