You obviously care about how your family would relate to this person. Especially if you're very close to them. But the idea that anyone truly TRULY likes someone after having spent all of 4 or 5 days in total with them is absurd anyway. She's just recognising the reality of the situation, expressing what her doubts and fears would be, and playing it carefully. Somehow you've made her out to be this two faced bitch whose leading him on but who would be ashamed of him.

let's at least be fair to a person when discussing what they've said and not use it to paint some monstrous caricature of her.

1. Georgina is Posh whilst Jackson behaves like his from the Ghetto.

2. Her family won't approve of him, and I'm not sure if his family will approve of her as they appear to be completely different from each other (Georgina and Jackson that is)

3. A lot of guys will chat up Georgina who she'll have more in common with than she does with Jackson, so why wouldn't she go out with them instead on the outside world?

4. Jackson has a Son and most young single people will not want to be involved in that saga.

5. Jackson has an explosive temper that not many women will want to be in a relationship with.

6. She's basically out of his league.

Let's be honest. He's probably never encountered a girl like her in his day to day life. He may see girls like her on tv and have a preconceived ideas about how they'd interact with him or perhaps he thinks they wouldn't interact with him at all and somehow sees that type of woman as one who should be put on a pedestal.

Now he's met this demure, well spojen and attractive 'princess' and he's lost the plot.

Equally for her she's probably intrigued by him but not near on the same level or in the same way.

To me he seems the most lost and kind of hopeless or precariously placed character in there with regards to where he's at in life.

He could do with some confidence (not to be confused with being brash or loud or aggressive. That's usually lack of confidence disguised) and a change of who he socialises with and his aspirations because to me it seems he aspires to more.

Just my opinion and as ever I could be wrong!!
