3 shooters, all still on the run

How did the police manage to miss them twice? Obviously it's a very hard and scary job and moment for them but the shooters are on foot

Just saw a video from inside the shopping centre (nothing graphic) but much more than 30 gun shots heard

I fear the death toll is going to be very high

So tragic and scary RIP
