There's no rule like that. You can't insult forum members but saying that immature jibes about someone's appearance reflects poorly on the poster isn't an insult, it's a fair observation. It's just petty to hate on someone for their appearance. Hate them for their actions and their personality.

The only thing Chloe's really guilty of is being a bit dim, she seems quite pleasant otherwise.

I agree with you about housemates being judged on their actions and personality, rather than appearance, and I also agree with what you say that comments do reflect something about the poster. I genuinely think you have a point.

Having said that though, I can also understand why it is a difficult line not to cross in Chloe's case. If her appearance was natural, I would hope people wouldn't choose to pass negative comments about it.

However, Chloe's appearance is not natural, but rather a result of actions she has taken in terms of choosing to have some extreme surgery/enhancements, choosing to wear clothes that are extremely revealing and choosing a career in which she is encouraging others to judge her on her appearance (which, as this is something she has mentioned about herself in the house, is imo also something that she is putting out there for viewers to discuss).

This is a difficult one, especially when comments are made in a light-hearted or homorous way, and there is no hatred really. I am actually pulled in two directions between what is acceptable and what isn't, so I do get where you are coming from, Dezzy.

Poor thing - I really liked her when she went in, wide-eyed, giggly and sweet.

Unfortunately, I now just find her completely vacuous with nothing to contribute. She really is dull, and the way she has behaved with Bear has been nothing more than repulsive. They've barely spoken yet they are all over each other (scratch that, he's all over her when feels like it and she merely obliges), they're obviously doing it for the cameras, and I totally agree with the blow-up doll comparison. I'm struggling to see a difference...

I liked Chloe at first but she is now following a tried and tested unoriginal format, the one thing I would say in her defence is it was Aubrey said she used the sink to wash her bits, and Katie wasn't sure she had actually done anything with Bear, so it's all speculation unlike Marnie who seems to be getting off lightly with sucking off Lewis in the shower

Sorry I assumed this had been shown rather than just been spoke about, missed so much of this years show

Exactly how do you wash it in the sink... It came from Katies DR conversation where she said she wasn't sure if Chloe and Bear had done the deed, but Aubrey told her Chloe had gone to wash herself in the toilet after they heard noises, if they were anything like the store room noises they were probably put on, on the other hand we saw Marnie sucking off Lewis in the shower but that seems to be fine compared to what Chloe might have got up to

I don't really think you can blame her school! The way Chloe has turned out is, I believe, much more complex than that.

In each school there are hundreds of students, some who will go on to achieve and some who won't, some who will choose to make good decisions and some who won't. You could say that schools are often a reflection of society itself, rather than individuals being a reflection of their schools. I am sure there were many people who went to the same school as Chloe who have done extremely well for themselves and who haven't turned out the same way.

I also think what might appear to be a lack of education could be down to many other things- a low IQ, family or community values/attitudes, lack of effort, influences of a friendship group, truancy, apathy, etc. I think it's a lot more complex than just one thing.

We are so lucky in this country that we have access to a free education, and we all have a choice about what we make of it. I think we can all say from our own experiences of school, that there are some who engage and some who reject education. It's like that old saying- 'you can take a horse to water.........'.
