I agree...younger people seem to (on average) be much more left leaning than us oldies. Infact, I consider myself 'left' and I am perplexed by some of the ridiculously liberal views youngsters hold sometimes. I don't think anyone 'centre' or 'right' would be too impressed

Lol at those calling millions of people 'bigots' for voting for Trump. This is a simplistic argument put forward by someone unable to present a reasoned discussion on the variety of reasons why so many voted for him.

It is simply dramatics trying to inflame an argument and a weak and predictable attempt at trying to take the moral high ground - a mind incapable of seeing past their own perceived narrow-minded views on the subject.

Most people I think voted for him to be 'anti-establishment' and for a change from the norm. To have someone who will actually listen to the people. Which is a good reason and one I could honestly see myself voting for when I was younger. However, it is rather naive one...if anyone thought Trump would give a crap about anyone besides himself and his buddies (much like our ruling elite), they were very mistaken. Females/minorities who voted for him will regret it..I have no doubt about that. Hell..hes already on about dismantling Obama-care and such...something the poorer people who voted for him will quite obviously benefit from. No LGBT page for the whitehouse but a page dedicated to Melanias jewelry range launched last night..and so on.

I do not think Clinton was a good candidate either, btw. So no sour grapes here. Just slightly scared and worried about the direction trump will take those in the USA. He could surprise me, I hope to god he does. But I doubt it.
