I agree with that, mainly through provocative clothing etc. Except a few of my friends don't dress that way. But they can't even seem to go to parties without some random person coming up to them. I think drink is a huge problem.

There's a few videos going around my college at the moment Just about everyone has them on their phones.
But they're over 16, obviously - so it's all legal.
