This would sort of be forgivable if it was for the less serious summer CBB but we literally get one civilian series a year and they've wasted it on a stupid tacky theme.

I think the designer had the one without the pics, got bored and annoyed with it and then just splashed it with random cartoon pics they found on Google Images.
