Yea, I buy Heat. But I hate the 'circle of shame' thing that they do all the time and when they print bad pictures of celebs. So no, I don't support that. I like the magazine as a magazine, not becuase they make celebrities look a bit bad.

Admin deleted. Chrizzle that is a personal attack. You look like you want another argument with people. Discuss the subject, not each other. Don't make negative personal comments about other posters. It's against rules of site and that can lead to warnings / bans etc. James

Okay, we don't want another argument. Let's get back on-topic and not make personal comments. Please note my explanation above.

I do think its a shame that these types of magazines print dodgy photo's but on the other hand is good to see that celebs arent all polished and preened.

I personally dont buy these mags

I am pretty sure this is about people who "dress" like *****s - not that they actually are *****s.

We all have different opinions about what looks nice and what looks skanky. I agree some of the pictures posted make them look lovely ( when they have clothes on over their underwear)

I agree Sunny, most people would agree that they can look glam and polished but unfortunately pictures taken years ago of them can raise there ugly head over and over again.

Loads of Celebrities like wearing very revealing clothing. (Less is More), "as they say".

Sometimes it can just look like they are looking whorish? I suppose?

Being a bloke, it never seems to bother me actually!

If they look really attractive and are wearing a pair of knickers and a bra which is so thin and revealing and see-through tops, that is a fashion statement, I guess?

Just showing off their stunning body and making guys look.

How men view it and how women view it will probably be quite different. If a gorgeous male Celebrity had most of his kit off, many girl's would look and smile and probably whistle.

I personally don't mind. It is 2007 after all and what we get to see in todays world, with the internet and everything is so over the top, words can barely describe it.

Exactly Sunny. As I said in my first post: "Remember kids, this is just for fun. Nobody is insinuating that any of these ladies are actually *****s, just that they dress in that fashion. "

I agree.

Anyway for every '*****' picutre you have of Paris, you have pictures like these:

So stop judging these people by a few pics and media perception, and start doing some research.
A lot of the pictures you have posted are old, and the ones of Paris are when she is young. People grow up and change.

And your moaning on that they are giving a bad impression to children who are the ones spending 2 pages calling people skanks and *****s? Its not the 'no knciker gang' making me sick, its the people going out of their way to destory them that makes me sick.
You've completely missed the point of ther thread. The thread was started in response to all the Aisleyne haters who keep saying she dresses like a *****. It is here merely to demonstrate that this is a comment that can be thrown at a number of women. That's all. Sorry if it upsets you to hear the truth.

When you are a female Celebrity and are stunning gorgeous, then wearing very revealing clothing which some may look at and feel like they are dressing like a *****, it is a rare statement from a man

But from a woman, it is usually different.

If an unattractive woman wears the same type of clothing and many woman view it as looking whorish, it is generally the look of (that person) in (that clothing.)

and from a man's view, it would probably be the same.

It is a "Look's" thing!!

They say, (If you've got it, flaunt it)

Those who are gorgeous certainly & generally do. Those who don't have those gorgeous looks can more than often get accused of looking whorish.

It's cruel, I know!!!!

That's actually an interesting point about their looks. And perhaps in many cases, true as well. But I expect a lot of it depends on your definition of a nice-looking celebrity, as different people have different tastes. People dress differently all the time depending on the occasion – however I do agree that dressing too slutty is not commendable if you’re a celeb because of the example it sets to others. But these people do want to live their lives and have some degree of normality, however bizarre that may seem.

For a lot of these women, it has a lot to do with attitude and how exactly they carry off these outfits that may be perceived as slutty. It also has a lot to do with how they’ve been looked at beforehand, for this reason you’ll notice a lot of the time it’s the same people continuously pictured looking the way they are; all the attention is diverted to them. But it’s just the look they have when they’re pictured more often than not – to me that can tell me whether or not they actually feel comfortable in the clothes they’re in.

To be honest, I was never one to say that they set a bad example by how they dress. I would be more concerned at the example some celebs set by how they act.

Time for a new thread methinks..

Yes, but by buying the magazine, you're sending a message that it's okay to print stuff like that. If you think that a magazine is printing something that you don't agree with, the only way to vote is with your money. Stop buying it - it's full of trash anyway. If everyone stopped buying it the Heat team would soon realise that people don't like things in it, and would have to change (or hopefully fold altogether).

Saying I'll pay for a magazine but I don't like one of the regular articles that features in it is pointless. As long as they're getting their money and their sales every week, they don't care whether people like it or not. It's like saying, I hate the idea of Big Brother, and then voting in it anyway.
