Out of interest gals, do you think this is a lot? I think I eat relatively healthy and I exercise but I seem to be putting on weight. This is what I had yesterday.

Tuna mayo sub
Packet of crisps
Like 5 Jaffa cakes throughout the day
Spag Bol with cheese
Chocolate digestive
About 12 grapes

Like that's really not that much but I'm putting on weight??

Hmm I wouldn't say you're over your daily guidelines for calories there but you can use what I use which is MyFitnessPal which helps you keep a food diary and track your nutrients and stuff, it helps a lot!

I honestly in my last year of school only ate my tea, I wouldn't have breakfast or dinner (I used to save my dinner money to buy fags and booze on a Friday) and I didn't loose much weight (I lost some not a lot) so there might be some truth behind what Josy's saying.
