Interesting approach to gender there in terms of ‘he’ and ‘she’.

Genitalia is considered to relate to Sex rather than Gender. So nothing to do with pronouns or gender identity.

Depends how you define "he" and "she". Even if she has had the cut-and-fold, she'll still be biologically male, nothing will ever change that. So it's silly to use that as an indicator as to what to call her.

I generally find just calling someone by the pronouns they wish to be called by saves a lot of argument and hassle Wondering the ins and outs of their surgical history is a bit intrusive and something one would only really share with close friends and family (or the nation if they're fame-hungry ), not really something to just demand full knowledge of up-front as if they're a sex offender.

I admit to being a bit ignorant on the whole trans subject, I don't know when someone officially changes their status, but if someone asked me to specifically be called by a certain gender then I am happy to oblige.
