Channel 5 probably guessed it'd leak sooner or later. Probably didn't want to be seen as not taking action on something like that, especially now when antisemitism is on the rise.

Can we just acknowledge Lewis didn't get called to the diary room by producers he says in that article he went to the diary toom straight after he said it on his own accord to apologise as he realised it was in bad taste.

I stand by saying no one should be removed unless they get physical or are constantly harassing someone based on colour, sexuality or religion but even then BB should let it play out and let the public vote them out and give them the hate they deserve.

Being ejected doesn't achieve anything, if someone is that bad then its far worse to be publicly shamed on eviction night and have to sit through a very awkward interview with Emma and a crowd full of haters just like Grace did back in BB7 remember she also called Aisleyne a WIGGER many times which would get her ejected had she been in the house today.

Shows how much BB has gone backwards when it comes to freedom of speech.

Exactly...it was pathetic..PC gone mad. I liked Lewis and wanted him to win. If he had done something awful then so be it. I think he and his supporters were cheated.

I mean, context doesn’t matter, but it kinda does in some respect. It’d be daft to think everyone who says ‘kill the jews’ means it in a malicious way and actually has ill feeling towards Jewish people. On the internet it’s used a lot as a really really bad joke, and I think a lot of jokes at hitters/nazis expense can get misconstrued as anti semitism. But yeah like it’s not hard not to say stupid unfunny **** and I’m glad the cretin is gone but whatever

For the show I'm glad Lewis has gone as I didn't like him, but I don't agree with the reason he was ejected. I'd also say the same about Ellis [who I didn't like also].

I do like Lewis and felt he would have won but it is what it is,but no he shouldn't have been ejected.

Yeah I do not agree with ejection's for making a harsh joke or having a past. I do not believe it is ejection worthy at all. He would have easily won to be honest and whoever wins now [Whether it be Cameron or Akeem] it'll be a cheap victory in a way.

Although I'm a Lewis fan, I agree with this. Lewis said he went straight to the diary room to apologize, I wonder what would of happened if he didn't?
