According to their twitter the clues are in the costume, at least for the monster who has what seems to be trumpets on his head? Random af but maybe its one of the two from Rizzle Kicks or Sonia from EastEnders? idk if Natalie Cassidy sings but if she does that's definitely a possibility.

The Unicorn also has rainbow feathers so idk if that's hinting that they're lgbt

Would Boy George as the chameleon be too obvious?

I wish they’d reveal more costumes instead of releasing new trailers for the same few.
