How though? The sort of people who are Hopkins fans aren't going to use an independent site, Tommy Robinson tried that and barely any of his "fan base" followed him. And he's an actual extremist - a nasty piece of work but he at the very least does, somehow, believe that he's "on a real mission". Hopkins blatantly doesn't believe half of what she says, she is in it PURELY for the notoriety and exposure, and to play to the crowd. Without a mainstream social media platform she'll be more or less forgotten. Her fans don't know that an internet exists outside of their feed.

Hopkins would have to tone down significantly for her videos to fly on YouTube, and if anything she's only managed to survive this long by becoming increasingly extreme. She doesn't have a lot to say, just repeats the same things over and over, so the only way she holds attention is by saying those things in ever-more-"edgy" ways.

Also she doesn't give a **** about her message, the interactive and fast paced nature of Twitter is her entire product.

Ahe might try Facebook if she's still allowed to do it there, but let's face it, Facebook hasn't been a relevant social platform for years.

Youtube and Facebook, no doubt she'll be collaborating with a lot of right wing creators too to stay relevant and the media will keep covering her. As long as she has a donation link and the attention of right wing media in particular, she'll thrive.
