Everything always seems better in hindsight, though. It’s a tale as old as time. IMO, if anything, Liverpool has improved since I made this thread. And there’s just so much going on in London, networking opportunities no-less. Some would also say it’s safer, if anything, technically than it was in the ’90s. And even then there would’ve been people complaining that ‘it’s not what it was in the ’50s’. I’m not trying to narrow or invalidate your experiences but I just try not to get sucked into the rabbit-hole of never appreciating the present, otherwise the cycle never stops.
