Exactly. If he came out and said vote tory, these complaints would never have existed.

A Labour government would be more helpful to the kids than a Tory one.

Take the Clapping out,
She could get more words in.

LBC not going live to her.
The one station that choose, to ignore her.

Radio 5 and Times Radio
went with Rachel Live.

It's almost like he can be a dick, and still be right on this. Who knew?

Labour Needs Scotland to Win a General Election
or it will be a Hung Parliament in 2024.

Also, if they take power with the SNP

Their Debt when taking over,
would be over 100 Billion.

They really don't.

Would be good to win some back but that's not the case at all.

In 1945, 1966, 1997, 2001 and just about 2005.
Labour would still have won WITHOUT Scottish seats.

So HALF of the elections Labour won would have been won without the Scottish seats.

I'm not bothered though.
The SNP could never justify allowing the Cons to govern from Westminster.
They would be hammered by Scots voters if they risked a Con government again being in place.

The SNP wouldn't need to be in coalition with Labour or do any deals.

Just by abstaining on votes, would leave Labour governing comfortably .
However I think the SNP would be more likely to support a lot of what Labour would do.
I've no worries on the SNP.

Plus if it was okay for the bigoted DUP to do a deal and keep the Cons in power.
It's hypocrisy to moan at any possibility of SNP support for a Labour led government

YouGov

Labour are at 45%
Conservative at 28%
Lib Dem 9%
Green 7%
SNP 4%
Reform UK 3%

Of course a few years to go, yet.

Not for one second do I believe the Cons are on 28%
They've never scored less than 30% in a general election.
Even in 1997 they were just over 30%

It's nice to see a poll like that one for me however.
However I doubt the gap is 17%

The main thing is, for the Cons to now have any chance of governing they will need to be at least 4% ahead of Labour.
That is looking a hard call now.

if enough people are pissed off, labour will win by a landslide. Bear in mind, this is just the beginning of the Truss era

I wonder if SNP would stand down in SNP-Labour marginal seats in order to help oust the Tories.

No, and they shouldn't either.
Labour only has one seat in Scotland anyhow.

We don't know what the uk will look like in 2 years time. We may be at war, we may already have been nuked. Only a mad man would predict an election result this far out from the vote

They're predicted to take all but a couple of seats in Scotland anyway.

Plus after July 2023 the boundary changes are taking some seats away from Scotland and Wales.
Adding more to England.

Which are projected to hand 10 more seats to the Cons and take 4 off Labour in an election after July 2023.
