Oh give it a fecking rest. So I said something unrealistic, so bloody what! You're on it like a dog with a bone because it was said by me cos you can't stand me. …poor you, I feel for you…back nerve pain is very disabling and painful and difficult to find any relief from…have you tried alternative therapies like acupuncture…?…I’m thinking that you probably have tried many things if it’s something you’ve suffered from for a long time…

Yeah .. tried everything over the years

The pain is a result of years of landscape gardening when I was younger

Some nights are just better/ worse than others and there’s no rhyme nor reason

The only thing that works is to take a cocodomol plus ibuprofen cocktail and apply two ice packs .. whilst watching TV sat up downstairs

After a short while all the pain alleviates and I’m able to go back to bed and get a few hours sleep
