OP updated. We're up to 29 countries now. Hopefully Mock takes a glance at this too.

Definitely feels weird to not have Nicky doing it this time around.

I have completed the flag circles for each of the 29 countries (ones with black borders and ones with white borders).

I have made the executive decision that the current graphics package (in use since #17 this past summer) will be changed for the twenty-first edition this summer. The existing colour scheme and the new theme song ("Feel Good" by Charlotte Cardin) will remain.
