i think she was just overwhelmed by it all. The problem is she made the decision to go in there i know they could of said no to her saying that your abit unstable but would they actually beleive her?

They wanted unstable people in there because they thought they would be exciting to watch. She wasn't the only one with deep seated mental problems in the house that year.

I wish I could remember if the crowd booed her when she came out in the final.

They did boo her and were shouting "OFF! OFF! OFF!" during her interview.

That's it then....

She felt when she went back in the house that everyone loved her and she had read all the good things that the press had said about her. She comes out a week later and everyone seemed to hate her.

It must have been a massive feeling of rejection.

I agree one more time with Red, it was a rejection for her and a girl like her didn't need that, she needs to be loved. Unofrtunatly she shouldn't have participate in the show but the producers decided that some mentals will spice up the show, and Nikki paid for that !

Yes because she isn't getting negative attention. If the press were ever to turn on her it wouldn't be good for her.

Cheered her? Even Davina said how much the crowd booed her. It must have been a shock considering that when she was first evicted she was welcomed to a winner's like reception. She mentally broke down on that stage.

I haven't you watched the clip, it was only at the studio where some her haters booed her, just look at the whle clip, when the break of ad comes, it sounds cheers than boos.

Of course I watched the clip. I just didn't watch it through rose tinted glasses. Yes the reaction was mixed, but there was a large amount of booing.

I have the final night on my PC and I can't say it was some huge boos and some great cheers, but she didn't mind the cheers, she was shocked because people booed her and for her it was a breakdown, she didn't expcect that. The producers knew she wouldn't understand immediatly, they had to do something before.

It was clearly the fact she was being rejected by the crowd that caused the problem, irrespective of the type of boo she got.

She could here them booing before she left the house and commented on it. She was clearly frighten and overwhelmed as left the house as she descended the stairs. She did pick up a bit for the press camera's and when she saw her mum but by the time of the interview she was a mess. Clearly Davina realised she was feeling that way because rejected by the crowd because to get her to cheer up she told her that far fans loved her and so did her ex-housemates.

If she reacts in that way to rejection just think what might happen if the press turn on her one day and her fans desert her in mass.

It will be terrible for her of course, if she does something wrong, the press will criticise her, it will be harsh.

First of all , I simply posted the link , I ceased to give my impressions on the various sounds the audience were making , so take down a few of your defences.

Second of all , it was more boo than yay , and their was a lot of booing. Its right their in the video - so accept it and move on .

If Nikki was/is mentally unstable, she shouldn't have been allowed in the house. If the producers could see mental instability, they still put her in the house and put back in the house after she was fairly voted out. I don't feel as sorry for her as I did for the housemates confined in her company.

Even if Nikki is mentally unstable, I doubt very much if she was unable to control her behaviour. I work in a school in which students all have severe learning difficulties. Behaviour that Nikki regularly exhibited in the house would not be tolerated from the students.
