If one day you decide to try and lose a stone because you think you're fat, you'll be underweight if anything. And it could cause you serious harm.

Im Not Gonna Be Underweight Extreme Dieting Or Anything Im Just Exercising Regulary To Try And Tone Up! And Make ME Feel Better. Then Perhaps I Wont Feel 'Fat'.

Well that's fair enough...
But exercise does often lead to weight loss.
Toning up without losing weight isn't an easy task. But good luck =]

Hah, thanks to you I'm now motivated by 100 Most Wanted Bodies.
Let's see if that actually works.
I actually had a salad today instead of a load of chocolate (well, I still ate chocolate, but more salad)...

Yes, and I hate it. I've always wanted to, not be thin, but be slimmer. Everybody in my family is big, not that I'm using that as an excuse.

I've tried to diet but I can never do it.

Same advice as Ash but for you, you have to want it, nobody will want it for you. It's your decisions, go to your doctor, talk with him/her anf if you don't feel comfortable by what this one said, change. A dietetician is so much better.

Five stone? seriously? How old are you Shorty? if you don't mind me asking.

I weigh over 16st. Which sounds ridiculous I know, but with being tall and twenty years old, comes a lot more weight.

Apparently I should be 14-15st for my age and height.
Hence why I cycled 20miles yesterday!

If I can manage to get myself out of bed in the morning, i'll most likely cycle another ten miles or so.

I'm really thin, which I really enjoy. I eat SO much food, but I just don't gain wait at all. It means I can pull off skinny jeans really well, which gives me that "rocker" look

I'm really thin, which is awesome. I eat loads, but I just don't gain weight. But it means I can pull off skinny jeans, which I do everyday successfully ;P

You're the size of a 16 year old, but actually 20yrs old and weigh five stone?

Ive lifted boxes that weigh more than you >_<
No offense intended of course, but im sure that's classed as dangerously underweight?

Ah well...
Im no expert or anything, so im sure you're fine.

But 4st is about as low as anyone can possibly get in most cases.
Being just one stone over that, might have health implications.
Though im sure a doctor could shed more light on the matter than I could.

Im not saying this to critisise, but as long as you're healthy and what not =]

Some people are just naturally thin. And it can be the other way round. I think I'm somewhere in the middle, but because I like junk food a lot, my weight fluctuates more rapidly. I can lose weight easily but put it on just as easily, which makes me think I'm fat. I think above anything I just need to be cautious rather than fret constantly... some advice I've only recently come to terms with!

And Emilee, I meant I'm motivated by what you told me - 100 most wanted bodies.
