I have always thought tatoos were tacky and never really wanted one but now I do after seeing Nicole Richies pink ribbon one on her neck.I want one exactly the same

People do get some daft ones, I saw on the Katie & Peter show the other week that some man had a full english breakfast tattoo on the top of his head which acted as the plate. What possesses these people?
