Even being a Brian fan myself, I will admit that he was not being completely genuine whilst in the house. However, at the same time, as time goes on and pressure builds, I would imagine it becomes difficult not to play up to the cameras a little, which is what Brian did.

I certainly don’t think the extent to which he did this was a step too far or anything; in fact, I found a lot of the things he said or did quite amusing, which is why I’m a fan. I am a huge fan of the twins as well though, and they sailed through BB following similar sorts of principles.

In summary, therefore, I would say that Brian wasn’t ‘fake’ in the negative term; he played up to the cameras, yes, but it worked to his advantage in the end and he was overall a great housemate in my opinion. Furthermore, you could say that the circumstances in the BB house bring out different responses from housemates, which may have been why Brian sometimes said things he may not have done in the outside world. Anyway, as a result overall, his fan-base made sure he won.

THe twins are my faves but i still didn't mind when Brian won. The twins were going to get loads of cash anyway.

If he dropped the act now either the major press would not notice [in fact , he may have already dropped the act] because he is not exactly an A-Lister or the press would jump all over him for it exposing him to the world so either way it would nto be a wise career move for Brian.

You still didn't answer how he is going to keep up the act with Amanda around in private?

Everyone came out of the BB house and said how much they loved Brian. He is either a brilliant actor or a genuinely nice bloke.

Kk your choice. I admit i did think he was a fake inside the house for a while.

But my opinion changed as he hasn't been fame hungry and kept his relationship quiet since he came outside which seems genuine to me

But i won't hold it against you.

Who says? Just because Brian is termed 'Fake' by some people does not indicate that every facet of his personality was a big farce to con the public.

I actually liked Brian, not enough to vote him to win though. He had his funny moments and Iam not sure if he was fake or not, he dosent seem to be around at the moment, so I guess in saying that he was wanting to stay at home, be with his friends and go to the pub was genuine enough and he seems to be keeping to that.
