I love how FrenchAffair assumes that we are all fat - he called us the "fattest nation" in another thread and I nearly choked! (And yes I was probably eating something at the time to make this funnier)

We are not a MASSIVELY OBESE nation - yes some of the citizens of the UK are overweight but how did we get overweight? We were introduced to fast food markets from the US - McDonalds etc. We were introducted to thinking that it was acceptable to have more than one McDonalds in each town as they were popular, yes people are fat in the UK but take a percentage of obese people here and compare sizes and weights with americans and we will all look like a slim nation.

I hate this whole Britain is fat. No we are not. And just because we are supporting Rebecca and saying that she is not morbidly obese we ourselves as forum users are being told we are lazy, unfit and overweight. Its crazy.

74% of Americans are over weight, 64% of people in the UK are overweight. It is not that big of a difference.

America's percentages are more on a grandscale. like we can say being a stone over weight and that will be a massive amount but to american thats nothing... thats like saying over there oh i am a pound over weight. we might have 64% of our nation being overweight but its on a smaller scale.

actually less, 64 percent of people in the UK are overweight... but a higher percentage of them are obese than in America.

and that 64% are 25lbs over weight or more.

Just because she's not a size 8/10 does'nt make her overweight when clearly she's not, i'd rather go out with a girl whose got plenty of curves rather than a girl that's thin like a rake and has no sex appeal whatsoever that's for sure!!

It's people's views like those in here which cause girls to get anorexic as they think sizes over 8/10 is fat and wrong, quite frankly i'm disgusted by this Bex and her weight situation, and all those who made those comments should be disgusted with themselves if you ask me!

There is only really one person who genuinely believes that Bex is fat and disgusting.
I've been defending her weight throughout numerous thread as its not fair.
I agree, there could be girls on here who may already be insecure about their weight, then reading that people think size 12+ are fat, will become more insecure and maybe start to have an eating disorder, thus doing more damage to their body

With FrenchAffair, he's here to start arguments, he's very argumentative and baits people into arguing with him. A few nights ago after i apologised to him for insulting him he resorted personal insults to bait me back into the argument. I think the best thing for everyone to do is just use the ignore option on him, because he'll just spark off more arguments because he knows what grates on us.

I dunno if this counts as a personal insult, if it does i'm sorry to everyone but I think it's what his game is.
