It's good to finally see the back of Noorul, he was really starting to piss me off. I'm also glad that Ben stayed because he really has a passion to win the show (even though Sir Alan hates him and would never hire him).

Debra shouldn't talk to Nick like that. Ben and Debra are being kept in as the big, erratic characters who make better TV.
