This is a great thread. I never really thought about the fact that they mock his accent. You are absolutely correct that if Freddie was anything but white/British, Big Brother would be chiding housemates for doing it.

He is the easy one to pick on, because anyone who picks on him knows that no one will speak up. Now if they picked on anyone else, someone would say something. Even Rodrigo stood up for Angel (though it is a bit hypocritical for him to join in on the Freddie bashing).

And one, slightly unrelated, comment: Noirin should NEVER pick Freddie to be up for eviction. He gave his birthday present to her so that she wouldn't have to draw on her face anymore. What a beeatch.

ABSOLUTELY. CHris is so thick he can't handle the pressure of having to think in real-time during a conversation. And as for people mocking his accent - well, that's funny isn't it, because he actually speaks eloquently. Inverse snobbery - commoners who judge on class based on accent, or take an instant dislike to someone who doesn't possess a cockney/regional accent. CHris has a lazy mouth when he speaks, he can't even shape his words properly. Lisa - sorry brummies, but her accent is AWFUL and if I had to sit in the BB house and listen to her drag queen voice going on and on and on the way it does I would probably drown myself in the pool. Dogface can't even use her voice properly when speaking, let alone singing. Doesn't her shaky wibbly whimpering annoy anyone else? I feel like shaking the bitch and telling her to take a fkin deep breath before she speaks. Noirin has not only been 'blessed' with that gorgeous Dublin accent ( - which actually I like but strangely on men only) and then she goes and ruins it further by yelling instead of speaking.

They are all a bunch of plebs. I feel sorry for Freddie. His only comfort is at least Siavash, Marcus and Rodders are in the house to balance out the thick ignoramus: intelligent individual ratio.

I agree with Arneldo. With only three weeks of the comeptition gone Freddie has already received a record number of nominations. They clearly dont like him and I think they're showing their frustration at having to live with some one who, just about all of them, cant stand. I agree there are leaders and followers in this but I dont think they're buyllying Freddie at all. Also, If hes as intelligent as so many people seem to think then why isnt he clever enough to keep himself out of the firing line or turn their behaviour back on them? Truth is he gives them plenty of ammuniton.

He's being bullied alright, and it's gotten worse within the past few days.

Going off experience of watching BB they tend to step in when it's too late! they are thinking of viewing figures over the housemates I think!

Lisa and Kris remind me of school yard bullies who bully without any real reasoning! Freddie has repeatedly asked Kris what his problem is with him, and Kris keeps saying i don't want to talk about it, or he won't comment.

Lisa and Freddie i think had a confrontation last night? (maybes on tonights highlight packages) and she I don't think gives him a clear answer either.

The Likes of Karly,Dogface and Noirin to a certain extent are the hanger onners who just stay attached to those 2 and agree with everything they say.

Their has to come a time when this whole thing comes to ahead and when it does (if it does) the whole thing will explode which may harm the already damaged reputation of BB even further.

He's in a house full of people who cant stand him but still he attempt to control conversations, still try to get his own way over others. He hasnt done much wrong other than be a prat. I dont think thats true. When each highlight show was 'The Sree show' I dont recall the other HM's picking on Freddie. In fact I was surprised Freddie received so many nominations in week two.

I wouldn't call it bullying, and I really don't think anyone who has been bullied will call it bullying either. It's immature, bitchy and cruel, but it's not bullying. Halfwit and Sree just seem to make themselves the easiest targets; Sree because he's so easy to wind up/short tempered and says stupid stuff, and Halfwit because he's different and comes across as abnormal socially. People always make fun of others, and in group situations, there is always someone who doesn't gel well with the others and get's picked on because the others don't want them in the group. I doesn't mean it's bullying. If it WAS bullying, I think Freddie would have reacted a lot differently than he has been doing. Deep down, he knows they're all just playing the game and I don't think he's taking it too personally.
