The MODs wouldn't listen.
It's the whole system that's flawed really, no matter what they do they have to do something 4 times for them to be gone.
The Mods never do instant perma-bans, it's the forums policy that they all follow the 4 warning rule.

That is not accurate on either count. Four warnings does not necessarily result in a permanent ban (though it might) and someone can (and has happened) be permanently banned for one offence.
