I personally think it tastes like sh!t but some people swear by it to help them sleep.. It's kind of milky and malty..

Oh and hot milk is supposed to hely you nod off!

Ive been trying to do loads to help me sleep, listening to relaxing music, doing loads during the day so I'm tired...nothing is working though...... i think I might go to my GP and ask his advice if it doesnt get better soon.

No I only like certain books mainly autobiographys and there is nobodies I want to read...although I still have to read some of Hunter S Thompson's books...I just havent got round to it yet lol
