Don't know if there's a similar game to this that's already been done but I'm going to go for it anyway.

I haven't decided on a name for it yet, but I know everything else basically

This is the 'concept' of the game: 12 people have discovered a large country, and each of their ultimate goals is to conquer this country by themselves. To do this, they must ensure that they avoid the weekly exile, in which one of them will leave the country, and the game. This is just the concept for the game, on which I have based the names of all the key aspects.

The game will last 10 weeks, with 1 week equating to five days for the first 6 weeks, four for weeks 7 and 8 and just two for weeks 9 and 10.

In the game, there are several key aspects that will be important throughout the game, these are:

The Emperor
On the first day of the week, every contestant will PM me a single contestant who they would like to see become Emperor of the House. The contestant with the most votes will be awarded the Emperor title.
The contestant that is Emperor will be immune from that weeks exile. They will also get to select the weekly tribe leaders and - when the teams have been selected - choose the two teams he would like to put forward into the team challenge, in which one will earn immunity from exile. In weeks 7 and 8 he won't have this power, as there will only be two tribes and these will both be able to compete in the tribe challenge.

Tribes
Tribe captains will be selected on the second day by the Emperor, and on the same day the rest of the tribe will be picked. In weeks 1 to 6 there will be three tribes, in weeks 7 and 8 there will be two tribes, and in 9 and 10 there will be none.

Tribe Leaders
Tribe Leaders are decided by The Emperor. The Leaders pick their own teams from the contestants. In weeks 1 to 6, Leaders who don't earn immunity will be automatically placed up for eviction, and they pick one player from the other losing team to join them. In weeks 7 and 8 the Leaders are largely irrelevant, other than for choosing their tribe, as the losing team will be put up for exile together.

Exile:
In weeks 1 to 6, the losing team leaders and their nominations will be put up for eviction. The TiBB public will vote via PM and one will leave. In weeks 7 and 8 the losing team is put up for eviction.


BTW sorry if I wrote too much or it doesn't make sense. I'll be able to explain anything if you ask, just I had to write everything to down and it might be jumbled up in here...

Any other feedback for my game? I'd probably call it something like The Conqueror if it were to go ahead and I might change the nominating rules from Captains up, 1 nom each to the winning tribe (who would be called Government) deciding three to put up between themselves...

I like the game idea, but the chances are you may not be able to run it until Feb 2013 as there are quite a few games planned up until then.

The only other suggestion I have for now is to cut the game down in terms of length, trust me, anything longer than a month is hard to keep people/players interested.

Also, anyone hosting a game from October onwards (ICB, Apprentice and TiBB BB5 excluded) need to let me/another mod know asap if they are running the game and the exact time of starting, even if you are in the OP as we have not heard definite confirmation and a few people are wanting to host games. If by next week those hosts have not confirmed, then their game will be pushed back for those that have confirmed.

I may be hosting a new game on TiBB soon. A few people over the last two years have said they will do it but nothing has materialised for The Amazing Race.

For those that do not know what it is (I highly recommend watching a few seasons) I shall explain shortly in the future when I have more of a durable forum design for it.
