my area in the SE was doing really well up until the last couple of weeks, now its jumping up. If people get through this winter (there is a long way to go yet) without big restrictions they should consider themselves lucky i think

Didn’t they have to negotiate with each area for the top up package? It’s only 4 weeks so no time to go across the board, when it reverts to Tiers the top up negotiations will be reinstated on a case by case basis, that’s my reading of it
