We are already in a tiered system, it gets looked at again on Monday where they may add another level (which is what I think Arista may be referring to)

My area has been in tier 3 but is more than likely going into 4 which at this moment is the highest

my area in the SE was doing really well up until the last couple of weeks, now its jumping up. If people get through this winter (there is a long way to go yet) without big restrictions they should consider themselves lucky i think

Didn’t they have to negotiate with each area for the top up package? It’s only 4 weeks so no time to go across the board, when it reverts to Tiers the top up negotiations will be reinstated on a case by case basis, that’s my reading of it
