I've never experience a really rude customer. The closest was when i worked in tesco and this guy came to me wanting to returning a broken item and i directed ha to customer service desk and he shouted at me like "I want someone to come to me I'm not moving" umm.

I get called all sorts, I work Friday nights on self scan and I've been called a bitch on multiple occasions it used to upset me but now it's quite funny idk
