Nichola jumped the shark today.

She has signed her own demise with scandalous scaremongering. Literally repeating the
same mistakes from last year and pissing on anyone who went out of the way to get
vaccinated

Fear

of

blame

Sooooo what is the deal with mask wearing in shops / supermarkets in England ??

I thought they were compulsory by law currently but we’ve been here and there ( gtr manchester ) over the past four days and there was only me and the wife ( maybe a few more ) wearing face coverings . None of the staff not even in the medium sized Tesco .

That has nothing to do with my point about mask wearing and the LAW to be fair

It is apparently LAW not just a suggestion but nobody seems bothered ... sooo I’m thinking that if everyone disregards this law then will they take any notice of any further regulation changes

Not sure where you have been out in Manchester Zizu but I have been all over in the past couple of days. Trafford centre yesterday, 90% wearing masks, my local Tesco (South Manchester - the security guard reminds you when you walk in, most people wear them) and I was at my Dads yesterday (North Manchester) and went to his local Asda and pretty much everyone wearing masks, staff included. The main place people seem to be failing to comply is on public transport. I see buses go past when I'm in my office and very few people seem to be wearing them on there

my experience is that > 95% of people are wearing masks where they have been mandated. To me that is a fantastic response. I think if they were to bring further restrictions in there would be a lot of outrage and i can sympathise with that. If we get further restrictions like is happening in scotland what was the point in getting a booster at all. I think there will be massive political fallout

Default Coronavirus Outbreak : Scotland Cancels Hogmanay (21/12/21)

Maybe our majority in our area are just sick and tired of everything .. the NW have possibly been one the the worst hit areas over the last 21 months or so ( maybe THE worst taking an average). It feels like we had a small window of where things didn’t seem too horrendous about 6 months ago .

Nice shot of the Sunderland faithful. <1% of people masked. Does anyone wonder why Omicron is rampant in England ATM?
