Aren't they testing the whole of Liverpool so that will screw the numbers?

I think the mass testing going on was always going to wield these kinds of results. As they role out the quick testing it will continue to result in high numbers as people who are asymptomatic who wouldn't necessarily get tested will get a positive result.

I have to work I dont get a choice yet when im out and about everywhere seems really busy almost normal. Definitely not the same as the first lockdown. Also I was on the bus unfortunately a single decker going home the same time schools go home, the bus driver was letting everyone and his mate on! One of the schoolkids sat next to me as the bus was full I wasnt happy as thats not social distanced and an old lady got on 2 rows in front of me mask on her chin(why do so many people do that) coughing away!

So no wonder the rates are getting higher!

[At least five passengers on the Cruise Sea Dream 1
have tested positive for coronavirus
The ship is docked in Barbados with passengers
and many crew quarantining]

[The ship's 53 passengers - 37 Americans and
16 other from the UK, Austria, Denmark, Norway,
Sweden and Germany - as well as non-essential
crew are quarantining in their cabins after the cruise
was halted and the ship returned to dock in Barbados.]

Great these mega ships are trying again.
Shame Covid-19 was brought on by some of them.

Footballer Mo Salah has contracted the virus, according to the Egyptian Football Association (EFA).

A tweet from the association said the Liverpool star had tested positive but was not suffering from any symptoms.

The Egyptian national team are preparing for their African Cup of Nations qualifier match against Togo on Saturday.

None of the other players have tested positive, the EFA said.

I read today that they think the spike in infections is due to people rushing out to do xmas shopping and go to the pub last week before they brought lockdown in.

Yup. Testing abilities are much greater now as all Liverpool are being tested in bulk
