Exactly. Some of the Rooney haters you see are jokers, bitter still over the contract saga thing and some of these people need to move on like most people have, even though we were pissed off at the time.

He made a mistake admitted to it and he had a few misforgiving since, but now he has matured and is fully committed to the United cause and plus having a new child on the way has helped with that.

He is the most important player in the current United team IMO!

Rooney is world class BUT he is not in the elite world class. His first touch has been TERRIBLE this year aswell as his passing which I hope improves because we can forget beating Madrid without Wayne playing in top gear

Our defence really need to stop letting us down. I'd probably have taken 2 draws heading into these away games against Arsenal and City but having been ahead in both of them it's so frustrating. Next few games all look winnable so hopefully we'll push on again now. Having a couple of quid on a 2-2 draw has sweetened the blow a little.
