I just filled in a re-sit form for my summer A-Level modules and I'm re-taking 5 AS/A2 modules at Ł15 per module which comes to Ł75!
Do they expect money to grow on trees or summat?!

Ł75?
Wow.

I'm not resitting any. The Sociology one I was gonna resit is on the same day as my June Sociology exam, and I don't want to hinder my performance on the hardest exam.

Haha, you can do it! I did 12 in January.

Are they spread out, or have you not looked at the timetables yet?

Lol I daren't, I'll probably find out they're all the day after eachother or even on the same day like it was last year for French and Psychology.
Also my Bday is the 17th of June which is always in the middle of exams, I can just tell it's gonna be the best 18th Bday ever with an A2 History synoptic paper the morning after.

LOL Mines 24th of June - thankfully, a Sunday!

I checked the timetables but I can barely remember any of the dates. My last exam is on the 27th, I think. And then after that I can go out and celebrate my 18th!

By the way, just firmed Lancaster. On TSR they said they're lenient with entry requirements so I'm just gonna keep my fingers crossed.

I think that my last exam is on the 20th June. Lancaster are renouned for lenient entry requirements so don't worry.

I've got pretty much all my exams in the summer, because I had just the one in January which doesn't count really. It's annoying that we have to pay of all these, as well as resits. Saying that though I won't complain too much because I'm thankful we actually get the chance to retake the exams!

Yeah you're lucky you can re-sit but this is our last chance to get it right otherwise we're heading for the university of bottle washing.

RIGHT.
I've finally made a decision.
I'm re-sitting Sociology Religion - hopefully getting an A or B.
THEN - For my C&D and T&M Sociology exam I am striving for an A or B - and hoping to get an A overall.

So my overall grades (hopefully) will be ABB, which means I'm secured a place in Lancaster.

I've got to hand in my-resit form tomorrow, I've decided not to aim for an A in Business anymore and just settle for a B instead for my mental sanity more than anything else, which means I have to get the A in History now.
I'm resitting 3 modules now, 1 History and 2 Psychology, along with this I have 2 A2 History modules and 2 A2 Psychology modules bringing my total number of June exams to 7.

Good luck with that Sol.
I've got quite a few exams in the summer as well because our school doesn't tend to focus on modules too much in January. That means in the summer I really need to focus as I have my 3 Chemistry papers for each of the three units (1 hour each), 3 Maths papers (C1, C2 and Statistics), two fairly long English Lit exams based on three texts, as well as the four necessary French tests in the examination (i.e. Speaking, Reading, Writing, Listening). That's quite a lot!

Ugh that sounds like a bit of a slog Ash. How come you're doing 4 modules for French? We only did Speaking, Reading and Listening. I got a U in Speaking lol.
