I've read some of the stuff about Israeli links, but tbh, I need more info at this stage as that is veering a little too close to conspiracy talk for my liking. I'll look into operation gladio and see what i find. Cheers for pointing me in the direction.

I thought they would never happen in Liverpool, but they did. A lot of money behind the organisation of these riots, so I don't think anywhere is immune. Although the fact it's an English nazi movement, means they're probably not too interested in scots or wales.

That language is a bit divisive tbh as if only English people can be racist. Surely racism is a societal problem which cuts across all areas of the UK. We know Scotland is not immune to prejudice and there was also a very unsavoury protest in Northern Ireland.

Don't think treating this as an 'English' problem is helpful

It's a difficult one. They absolutely do deserve a bloody nose, but this isn't the early to mid 20th century anymore. Weapon superiority is so one sided that those days are well and truly over. I do think solidarity rallies aimed at ending austerity is about the best that it's possible to hope for in the present day.
