Hopefully I just remember that wrong, remember reading about it mutating and stuff.. I have definitely read articles though that suggest immunity from catching it is only for a few months, so wouldn't this also go for a vaccine? I really do think we should focus on the elderly, ill people, and keyworkers. The rest of us should have to deal really..I know the groups I mentioned are front of the line anyway, but tbh, I think that should be the only line, no more joining! Leaves more time to focus on those who are actually in danger.

Been actively trying to avoid covid stuff though as its too depressing to listen to it for like..9 months nonestop! So might have missed a LOT

yup i can understand that quite well, it all feels sad and depressing

i'd also say all health care workers, frontline workers after this pandemic they should be getting free tickets for concerts or movie premieres, and good bonusses on top of their salary, as a compensation for their hard work

they don't know how long the vaccine will protect people for. If they can vaccinate people quickly across the world, the virus will have fewer hosts to mutate in, so the vaccine will last longer. However, a virus becomes less deadly as it mutates, because its ultimate goal is to spread and killing the host doesn't help that

Brave of you Vicky.
loads of 80 year olds in a Kent Medical centre
got their vaccine.
A lady carry the mix, had to walk very slow.

At that one larger Medical Centre
it went well, as the space for 15mins wait
is needed.

I think some Surgeries
that do not have the room
need an Extra area to do it.

Gove MP
is looking at advising us all more on Xmas 5 day.

Care homes need to set thier priorities.

I've just been in one to repair a tv with no wifi...to say I am raging about it would be an understatement.

Yeah I remember one of my mates trying to explain about mutations and that. Loads assumed mutations made it deadlier, however she said that basically, a virus that kills its host is an unsuccessful virus, so it 'wants' to make itself less dangerous, or something!

I used to be permanently shocked and pissed off when my gran was in a home. She was paying just under 500 quid a week for it! Yet, god knows where all the cash goes from so many residents, given they appear unable to fix anything or keep the place half decent.

We went once, and her lightbulb had blown, and obviously she couldn't sort it herself. She informed us that she had been asking for 3 days,as she could not read at night like she likes to. So 500 a week, and noone can change a lightbulb. Its ridiculous.

Edit. Despite the extortionate fees that should cover everything along with a bloody massage/haircut or two each week for the residents, they also wanted to charge her to do her own washing! Or for us to pick it up..which seemed even more pisstakey tbh

it actually works by natural selection on the virus. A virus that dies on the host doesnt spread any further, so a virus that has mutated and doesnt kill its host continues to happily spread around the place, quickly outnumbering its deadlier cousin.

Literally I don't know why people have to be spoon fed any more information about the risks of mixing indoors, just because you can, doesn't mean you should ...when will people risk access their own situations rather than waiting to be told what to do

[Sky News understands that potential alternative options that could emerge include:

Keeping the rules as they are but toughening up the messaging
Reducing the number of days the rules are relaxed for
Reducing the number of households that are allowed to mix
Still allowing travel but restricting it to the same region
Moving the window to another time.]

Of course,
it's all under Constant Review
so Johnson Prime minister can change it.
Any Hour of the day.
