lmfao, people are actually "so excited for this" and "can't wait". Theres an album every year, and new music like every 9 months. What exactly can you not wait for? Do you only listen to her albums for like 1 month and then look forward to the next one?

TTT was weak and I like hearing what new stuff she has to offer. There's often some great songs in the mix. A year has passed and I'm done with the last album. She's announced a new album, has started the hype, so yes I am excited. Why is that an issue?

What gives Rihanna the right to have a thread per an album? Most artists only have an appreciation thread/thread where you post everything related about them. Fair enough with singles/songs as it encourages other members to listen to the songs. But having another Rihanna thread each year is dumb. Also fair enough with albums like "Battle Born"/"GlassHeart" as a gap of around 3 years or more It is worthy of it's own thread.

Does it really matter? If you dont like the artist/album then you dont have to visit the thread

OMG, like all of you wouldn't be happy if your favourite artist released an album every year

And she didn't even properly promote Talk That Talk, she hasn't toured or perfom on tv shows, TTT was her kind of break

If my favorite artist released an album every year, I'd start to get bored of them as they'd start churning out very generic songs

How is TTT generic?

It only had two songs which I guess you could class as 'generic', WFL and WHYB. Same applies with Loud, Only Girl and S&M were the only 'generic' songs. And anyway those 'generic' songs are miles better than a lot of the other crap on the charts.
