Michael was so dull though, and he was trying too hard to be the straight gay guy (Raph to Stan?) that it came off that he was ashamed to be gay and looked down on Richard

In one instance (the breakfast thing, which Lisa was just as bad at) other than that no. Richard was the one who sent him to coventry, who locked him out, who teased him with crisps, George was the one who stole his clothes.
