Lol we're running it in Feb and it'll be approx 20-25 days long, it won't involve the TiBB public so we'll only need committed contestants. Which shouldnt be hard because the tasks are amazing if I do say so myself

I'm gonna have to cancel Darkwood, I've had some news that while good means that I won't have a lot of time to run the game. I've got all the material related to it saved so I might give it another shot later in 2013 but for now consider it cancelled.

What and have 5 games going on at the same time? Or have games that are half started and cancelled half way through? Or have games running through BB time. Not like the old days where there were not as many games wanting to be run Jords.

Unfortunately many others have games they want to run. having 3 or more games going on at the same time is pointless for everyone (including the hosts as they will find it harder to get applications). Depending on some of the other games it may yet be brought forward, I'm waiting to hear back from those hosting Exiled, Alliance 2 etc to see if they are still running the games and if they will be ready in time.

I'm not sure what makes me different from these "many others", when I already had it planned months ago for it to take place, even before the other games that have been put ahead of it had been planned. I understand how hectic it can be when there's loads of games at once but I don't see how a game that was already scheduled in for December should be pushed back that much further.

As you said you may not be able to run the game in summer, maybe the other hosts that have games planned for a time they requested can't either, Mollie. Not fair to force them to push their game back because another game didn't run on time. If they are happy to be pushed back that is fine. I've had to push my next game back by a couple of months too, so we are all in the same boat.

Ok that's fine I'll wait and see what happens. Just so you know though it wasn't my fault it didn't run in time, I had everything planned and ready, the only thing I didn't have planned was a scenario where half the people who applied decided to drop out and say they couldn't do it. If there was some way to resurrect it and host it when it was originally scheduled I'd have done that, but it was impossible.
