I feel,as a generation we have had it pretty easy...no wars to contend with..imagine having to send your kids to the country to keep them safe...or rush to an air raid shelter in the middle of the night..or have your food rationed...I feel wearing a mask is a minor inconvenience...I have never stopped and wear one when shopping or last week on a train we all wore masks...I don’t really see the big deal if I am honest...it’s not limiting my freedom in the way a lockdown would

You're right, it's about the same minor inconvenience to person as the Jews being made to wear a Yellow star. Although wearing a mask is maybe a bit worse because it halts you a bit from breathing fresh air.

Slight difference in that it’s mandatory for everyone...

If they came out and said only the unvaccinated had to wear a mask you might have a point....everyone is being treated equally ...young and old

The Jews didn't suffer immediately, it was gradual. Being made to wear a Yellow star came before they suffered.
