We were 4th by quite a few points in the league, and in l one of the later knock out stages of the Europa League, away at CSKA, and MON leaves all of the first team at home and just sends youngsters out to Russia...imagine if you were a fan that paid thousands to go see that game

after that our form dipped big time, and we bottled it. He never made substitutions either. We could of signed Bent when we signed Heskey, probably still be in the Champions League places now if that had happened

True. If a manager puts out a reserve team in a euro tie he's basically insulting the fans. Dont blame you being p*ssed at that.

TBH the choice of Bent or Heskey for me, I'd pause before I picked either of them. I'm not a Bent fan. I appreciate he gets goals at leauge level but I'm not sure about him at the top level.

Presuming AMc gets the sack who would you like to replace him ?

Man Utd reserves were 3-0 down vs Newcastle tonight and we ended up winning a game 6-3, which had to be won to be the Barclays Premier League Reserve North champions.

I hope QPR go down and Blackburn too. I've liked Bolton since the Okocha and Allardyce days.

Bent just needs service, he's not pretty but he gets goals. He'll be off to Liverpool on transfer deadline day in the summer I reckon

Well I would love Lambert, but doubt he would go, and I think Coyle loves Bolton too much..they're my first two choices

if Martinez got a defensive coach and a bit of money to spend, I'd go with im out of realistic choices

Bent for Liverpool? He's what they need - a 20 goal a season man - but Kenny would have to pay 20m plus for him. Not sure the board would approve given the recent signings. It might happen though.

Lambert is gonna be interesting this summer. He'd be a either very loyal or a foolish, depending on how you look at it if he stayed. I think he'll be in demand even more than Rodgers. He'd be a perfect fit for you if he can repeat the job he's done at Norwich.

Any of those would be great. Hope you can get a better guy than the one you've got. Dont know what they were thinking hiring him.
