Arsenal bit unlucky to lose, being down to 10 men for that long was always going to tell against a side as good as Barca, have to say though the ref had an awful game and I doubt he'll be given another high profile game again.Well done to Arsenal for getting as far as they did and putting in a good performance and wel done to Barca on the win.

I totally agree with what Thierry Henry said at the end the ref was a total joke, the amount of times Puyol and Marquez fouled him and never got booked was unbelievable - fair play to Barca in the end though.

The ref was just as bad for both sides, but Ronaldinho was the big disappointment, he was very poor.

Roll on June 09

Netherlands are going to win the World Cup, so England fans, don't even bother entering

Actually, we're in the toughest group, we may not even get out of it

The Goat was such a nice player... one of the best in the game.

It would be hard to find a better person. Eastwood did so so well from learning from a true gentleman in the game.

I'm glad we had him, he add so much to the team and it was the whole team that won the title.

And we had a great manager too!

How is Cornwall this time of year anyway?
I actually corrected all of the nonsense that was spread over five posts in just one.

They're not in the under 17's any more, and both spent last season at Premiership clubs - the finest league in Europe. And the fact that Arsenal, manure, et al were desperate for their signatures suggests otherwise, in any case.

It's easy to distance yourself from an impossibility, of course.

I've really no idea. Why not ask one of your imaginary patients? And then you could ask James to trace my I.P. with my blessing. Or perhaps you'd prefer scans of my ticket stubs from Anfield, along with my bus tickets home afterwards, too? I'd be more than happy to post those each week for you, of course. Awww, it must really bruise the ego to lose a debate about football hands down to a girl, huh?

Well done Watford, got some really good young players and a good young manager. I think they can stay up with a couple of signings in key areas.

Catania one win away from Serie A

Considering 13 years ago, they were in England's equivalent of Conference North/South (Divison 6) that is quite an achievement.
