Either copy and paste the set of characters that come after http://www.youtube.com/watch?v= or press the 'Embed' button under the video and copy the more lengthy embed code. Go advanced with your post, press the YouTube button and simply paste it there.

The end result should look something like this...
[ YT ]0Wv3Ya9nskA[ /YT ]
but without the spaces.
