Seems to me that you have left off some of the facts including:

*Noirin has openly admitted to needing others to desire her in order to feel attractive.
*Noirin has openly admitted that she enjoys manipulating people.
*Noirin has openly admitted (repeatedly) that she uses her looks and personality to manipulate others to get what she wants.
*Noirin told at least 2 people in the house that she had kissed Siavash but really wanted Tom (quote: I could ***** him everyday). She told them she would be honest with Siavash about it. She wasn't. She said she wanted to cool it until they were outside of the house with NO mention of Tom whatsoever. The minute Tom left, she was all over Siavash again.

lol no she didnt.. heres what happened.. noirin came out of the diary room and bea and sophie were sat in the kitchen,noirin then went to fill bea in on the situation and bea advised noirin that she needs to be honest with both marcus and siavash,noirin had explained she was confused as she fancies tom and siavash,so bea said "let me get this straight,marcus likes you but you dont so lets put him to one side,you like tom and he likes you back,you like siavash and he likes you back,what are you going to do?"

then bea concluded noirin you have to forget your feelings for tom and focus on siavash,and be honest before the public grow to hate you and consider you a cock tease...

so she did just that,although it puzzles me why noirin did not mention her feelings for tom to siavash i must tell you,noirin did not say she was planning on dropping siavash for tom... that simply isn't true

You make some good points here. I too dont think she's clever I think the tactic I suggested of at least trying to laugh off some of her trangsressions would have worked better than her ultra seriousness. I feel she tried to get attention then repelled the man giving her attetion so I dont think this situation is entirely un-deliberate. As I've mentioned a few times, as Freddie commented she's not taking any responsibilty for this situation which i think is indicative of her ego once again determining her actions.
