Well as I take members as they are, not how long they have been here, or how many posts they have. Everybody started of as a n00b once.

And I talk to people around my age and older than me. I like how most people on forums get on regardless to age, its good. Was talking to Niamh about that earlier, and how you forget how old some people are you talk too
