Yeah, a few people acting as the judges wouldn't be a bad idea. People who aren't already mentors.

Yeah I have been thinking about getting judges that dont pick the song choices though as they may favour one act over the other.

I have only just discovered this. Im really really sad I cant take part. I love the x factor. I was too late to take part in the elimination game too. Please please please can I take part? Can we just do a twist this year and have 14 finalists. Im begging of you. If you are kind and lovely enough to include me I want Janet Devlin. I knew exactly how I would have mentored her and what a shocking job kelly did with her. If i cant have Janet, I will take aiden grimshaw. So can I please be included. If not I will be happy with a judges role but would prefer to be a mentor
