im not that much overweight but have always had boobs and a belly im 5ft 8in so don't look too bad, I spent most of last year trying to diet I was about 11st 7lb. a few years ago before I got diagnosed with chrones disease and got put on medication for it, I went down to 9st 6lb now they say that is ok for my height either end of the scales, but I tell you now I looked ridiculous @ 9st 6lb. Anyway since about feb ive lost a few pounds and put a few on, diet/don't diet. Started doing a bootcamp clas last feb bloody love it now also do a kettlebell class same people now I toned up but put weight on. Over the xmas the 2 classes were off for two weeks I did nothing @ all but eat crap and get this???? I lost 5 lb. So I now will not diet lol.

I think she meant she's always had big boobs, in the way someone might say "I've always had an arse" - obviously everyone has one but people say that when they mean they have a big one...

Although I googled Rainbow Diet and it's probably the worst thing you could do to your body. Just over 600 calories in one week isn't healthy.
