Hilarious argument but of course Dappy was wrong, I mean how can there be a discussion about this? That's if we're talking about the actual subject of the argument of course, as far as I'm concerned their respective conduct throughout is a bit irrelevant to the discussion. If we're talking about what the argument actually transpired from, then there's no debate to be had to be quite honest.

What I find interesting about the topic of conversation Dappy brought up is that it's rarely looked at the other way round... as in, there's focus on why is it that when a woman does it she's a slut but a man does it and he's a pimp... but why is it never looked at from the point of view of why do men feel no shame about sleeping around whereas women, whether consciously or not, are really sensitive to being criticised for doing the same thing? Why do men not feel any guilt for doing it? It's an interesting debate, but I don't think Dappy OR Luisa have the mental capacity to discuss such a topic, at least not without it getting personal as shown by tonight!

To discuss this subject reasonably we have to consider the knowledge required to be sure we know what we are talking about. Why do women select certain men over others? (Women think like eggs (scarce resource) and men like sperm -David DeAngelo) How do morals shape our society? Do people need to think themselves superior to others so that they know their place within a social group? All of which would delightfully lead us off topic!

ok my opinion for what its worth is that neither of then won this argument and both actually did themselves no favours. Firstly both OF THEM said things in the heat of the argument that they shouldn't have. BOTH of them got personal her referring to his mother him referring to her daughter. Men sleeping with 5 women in a night is no different to Women sleeping with five men. Both are to be judged the same and not to be seen in any kind of good light at that. The one thing that I felt incriminated Dappy a very small bit more than Luisa is that he kept following her and continuing the argument and each time that happened it blew it up even more. it didn't look good for any of them and I don't think that either of their fans can really defend their personal favourite and say one was worse than the other cos in my eyes ( and I happen to like Luisa and moderately like Dappy) it was a stupid slanging match that should have finished in the first scene and not gone to scene 2 3 or 4

..the thing is though, is that they were both hypocrites in that neither one has the right to judge the other one and there is no doubt that what Dappy said about it being ok for males to be promiscuous but not females is a sexist thing to say, so Luisa was right to say so...but she then inferred that he was 'inferior' to her intellectually, which she had no right to do and of course he said, oh I've got academic qualifications etc and it all got a bit silly as these things do and she brought his mum into it/he brought her daughter into it etc...none of that had anything to do with the original comment from Dappy, which was meant to be the issue and the only person that was really 'in the right' was Jasmine, who said that it was all a matter of opinion/subjective..but even then, it doesn't mean that the original comment was any less sexist...but it's not an unusual opinion either, females are often judged more harshly than males in certain things...
