It is such a tragic story. In a way I was hoping that it wasn't shot down, but it looks that way


And I find it baffling that planes were going over a country that was at war with itself and not only that, I think both sides were shooting down planes. I imagine if the passengers knew they were flying over a war zone, I think a fair few might have chosen to skip the flight.

Maybe the Americans used a CIA spy plane to shoot down the airline on request from Israel, to not only put the blame on Russia but distract the world from Israel's genocide of the Palestinian people.

that plane was the one
that looked like a Cargo Plane.

The SAM (surface-to-air missile) system can reach double that height
so its no good flying higher

at least now all planes are going around it

This will be the end of Malaysian Airlines. It might get bought over by another company and rebranded, but there is absolutely no way they're making it out of this I wouldn't have thought. Although the two incidents have nothing in common in terms of what happened, I think this is too great a PR disaster for them to overcome. This is tragic for everyone involved - the people who died, the people fighting for independence, the people fighting for unity, the people who run Malaysian Airlines, families all around the world... Awful.
