I don't think he is Vanessa....he absolutely should not have said it and deserved the warning but Perez is pushing everyone but particularly Alexander to their limits. If Perez was blowing kisses etc to him....he should have been warned for sexual harrassment as Alexander did not reciprocate his attentions but he continued. It's all getting ridiculous really though....
